【摘要】:p>Thestandardizationofnuclearfacilitytransientworkerrecordswillprovidetheindividualtransientworkerwithagreaterassurancethattheradiationdosesthatmaybereceivedarewithinregulatorylimits.Thisspecificationestablishesafixedcontentfornuclearfacilitytransientworkerrecords.Standardizingthecontentoftheserecordswillfacilitateinterfacingwithindustry-widerecordkeepingsystems,suchastheNuclearEnergyInstitute(NEI)PersonnelDataSystem(PADS).Thestandardizationofnuclearfacilitytransientworkerrecordswillreducethetimerequiredforin-processingoftheseworkers.1.1Thisspecificationcoverstherequiredcontentandprovidesretentionrequirementsforrecordsneededforin-processingofnuclearfacilitytransientworkers.1.2Thisspecificationappliestorecordstobeusedforin-processingonly.1.3Thisspecificationisnotintendedtocoverspecificskillsrecords(suchasequipmentoperatinglicenses,ASMEinspectionqualifications,orweldingcertifications).1.4Thisspecificationdoesnotreduceanyregulatoryrequirementforrecordsretentionatalicensednuclearfacility.Note18212;NuclearfacilitiesoperatedbytheU.S.DepartmentofEnergy(DOE)arenotlicensedbytheU.S.NuclearRegulatoryCommission(NRC),norareothernuclearfacilitiesthatmaycomeunderthecontroloftheU.S.DepartmentofDefense(DOD)orindividualagreementstates.Thereferencesinthisspecificationtolicensee,theU.S.NRCRegulatoryGuides,andTitle10oftheU.S.CodeofFederalRegulationsaretoimplyappropriatealternativenomenclaturewithrespecttoDOE,DOD,oragreementstatenuclearfacilities.Thisdistinctiondoesnotaltertherequiredcontentofrecordsneededforin-processingofnuclearfacilitytransientworkers.Note28212;Thisspecificationdoesnotdefinetheformoftherequiredworkerrecords(suchasapassportorcentralcomputerizedrecordkeepingsystem).
