【摘要】:1ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestechnicalsafetyrequirementsandmeasuresforalltypesandsizesofMobileElevatingWorkPlatform(MEWP)intendedtomovepersonstoworkingpositionswheretheyarecarryingoutworkfromtheworkplatform(WP)withtheintentionthatpersonsaregettingonandofftheworkplatformatonedefinedaccessposition.2ThisEuropeanStandardisapplicabletothestructuraldesigncalculationsandstabilitycriteria,construction,safetyexaminationsandtestsbeforeMEWPsarefirstputintoservice.ItidentifiesthehazardsarisingfromtheuseofMEWPsanddescribesmethodsfortheeliminationorreductionofthesehazards.Itdoesnotcoverthehazardsarisingfrom:a)operationbyradioandotherwire-lesscontrols;b)useinpotentiallyexplosiveatmospheres;c)electromagneticincompatibility;d)workonliveelectricsystems;e)useofcompressedgasesforloadbearingcomponents;f)gettingonandofftheworkplatformatchanginglevels.3ThisEuropeanstandarddoesnotapplyto:a)permanentlyinstalledpersonnelliftingappliancesservingdefinedlevels(see,e.g.EN81-1:1998andEN81-2:1998);b)fire-fightingandfirerescueappliances(see,e.g.prEN1777:1994);c)unguidedworkcagessuspendedfromliftingappliances(see,e.g.EN1808:1999);d)elevatingoperatorpositiononraildependentstorageandretrievalequipment(seeEN528:1996);e)taillifts(seeprEN1756-1:1994andprEN1756-2:1997);f)mastclimbingworkplatforms(seeEN1495:1997);g)fairgroundequipment;h)liftingtableswithaliftingheightoflessthan2m(seeEN1570:1998);i)buildershoistsforpersonsandmaterials(seeprEN12159:1995);j)aircraftgroundsupportequipment(see,e.g.prEN1915-1and2:1995);k)elevatingoperatorpositionsonindustrialtrucks(seeprEN1726-2:1999).
