【摘要】:Thisdocumentspecifiesaclassificationandadescriptionofimperfectionslikelytobeencounteredinthermoplasticweldedjoints.Thisdocumentappliestothefollowingweldingprocesses:?heatedtoolwelding;?electrofusionwelding;?hotgaswelding;?extrusionwelding.Thisdocumentappliestothefollowinggroupofmaterials:?PVC-C;?PVC-UincludingPVC-NI,PVC-RI,PVC-HI;?PPincludingPP-B,PP-H,PP-R;?PE;?PVDF;?ECTFE;?FEP;?PFA.Thisdocumentisnotconcernedwiththesearchforthepossibleinfluenceofthesedefectsonthebehaviourofjointsinrelationtothedifferenttypesofstresstowhichthelattermaybesubjectedoronmethodforpreventingsuchdefects.Itcannotthereforebeusedfortheacceptanceofweldswhichisdefinedinqualitylevelstandards(see[1]).Onlydefectsgivingrisetodiscontinuitiesofmaterialsorchangesinshapearetakenintoconsiderationinthisdocument,specifyingtheirtype,theirshapeandtheirpositions,withouthoweveralwaysindicatingtheiroriginortheircauses.
