【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardispartofaseriesofstandards.AnnexAgivesdetailsofthisseriesofstandard,annexBgivesaflowchartfortheuseofthesestandardsandAnnexCgivesaflowdiagramforthedevelopmentandqualificationofaWPS.Thisstandarddefinesgeneralrulesforthespecificationandqualificationofweldingproceduresformetallicmaterials.Thisstandardalsoreferstoseveralotherstandardsasregardsdetailedrulesforspecificapplications.Thisstandardisapplicabletomanual,mechanizedandautomaticwelding.Weldingproceduresarequalifiedbyconformingtooneormoreweldingprocedurequalificationrecords(WPQR).Theuseofaparticularmethodofqualificationisoftenarequirementofanapplicationstandard.QualificationofpWPSbymorethanonemethodisnotrecommended.ltisassumedthatweldingprocedurespecificationsareusedinproductionbycompetentwelders,qualifiedinaccordancewiththerelevantpartofEN287orENISO9606orbycompetentoperatorsqualifiedinaccordancewithEN1418.
