【摘要】:ThispartofISO/TR12391appliestoseamlesssteelrefillablecylindersofallsizesfrom0,5|uptoandincluding150|watercapacityproducedofsteelwithtensilestrength,Rm,greaterthan1100MPa.Itcanalsobeappliedtocylindersproducedfromsteelsusedatlowertensilestrengths.Inparticular,itprovidesthetechnicalrationaleandbackgroundtoguidefuturealterationsofexistingISOstandardsorfordevelopingadvanceddesignstandards.ThispartofISO/TR12391isasummaryandcompilationofthetestresultsobtainedduringthedevelopmentofthe"flawed-cylindercycletest".The"flawed-cylindercycletest"wasdevelopedaspartofaco-operativeprojectunderthedirectionofISO/TC58/SC3/WG14.The"flawed-cylindercycletest"isatestmethodtoevaluatethefatigueperformanceofsteelcylindersthatareusedtotransporthighpressure,compressedgases.Theconceptanddevelopmentoftheflawed-cylindercycletestisdescribedinISO/TR12391-1.Thedetailsofthetestmethodandthecriteriaforacceptablefatigueperformanceofsteelcylindersaregivenin9.2.6ofISO9809-2:2000,"flawed-cylindercycletest".InthispartofISO/TR12391,testresultsarereportedformorethanahundredflawed-cylindercycleteststhatwereconductedonseamlesssteelcylindersranginginmeasuredtensilestrengthfromlessthan800MPatogreaterthan1350MPa.Thetestmethodisintendedtobeusedfortheselectionofmaterialsanddesignparametersinthedevelopmentofnewcylinderdesigns.
